TECHNICIAN

Position Available

IT Technician with experience in servers, switches and routers required to join this growing company. The Technician must have hands on experience with networking equipment and knowledge of Firewalls would be an advantage. This is a great opportunity to join a highly motivated team with option to work within UK. Remote Working is highly possible and can be discuss.
Job Responsibilities:
• Reviewing the network engineering activities within the company.
• Working with relevant organisation to ensure the company attains the correct certifications.
• Providing advice to the Technical Manager on resources required to enhance the company’s networking capability.
• Working on projects proving Subject Matter Expert on IT.
• Delivering reports and provide advice to clients on technical-remediation routes.

• Installation of Networking equipment, servers, firewalls and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot IT issues and errors.

BID WRITER

Position Available

Coordinate bids and tender opportunities.

· Develop win themes for invitations to tender, selection questionnaires, proposals, expressions of interest, case studies and presentations.

  • Organise and attend bid kick off meetings.

  • Draft written responses drawing on previous submissions in the library, specifications, policy research and local research.

  • Write bespoke content for submissions.

  • Ensure bid and tender documentation is properly formatted, collated and presented in a professional and timely manner.

  • Proofread written documentation prior to submission.

  • Be familiar with best practice and policy recommendations relating to IT security and networking.

  • Practice and promote effective, timely communication both within and outside the company.

  • Protect the confidentiality of service users and of the business.

  • Participate in staff development (including supervision), training and performance appraisals as required.

  • Promote and fulfil the company’s service aims as defined in the company’s Statement of Purpose.

  • Comply with company policies and procedures as appropriate.

  • Participate in any meetings as required.

  • Track the company bids.

  • Access tender and bid websites and securing the deal registration with our relevant partners for the bid.

PROJECT MANAGER

Position Available

As the IT Project Manager you will be instrumental in the delivery of our projects acrossthe UK , leading on project delivery. Being able to maintain and provide high quality project plans, designs and deliver throughout is key as well as ensuring that senior management are kept fully up to date. You will be an effective IT Project Manager who has successfully delivered IT projects having worked on various IT projects including Infrastructure, Networks, Security and IT equipment deployment.

As an IT Project Manager you will be involved in the following:

· Producing the project plan, schedule, process flow diagrams and gant charts.

· Delivering software solution projects.

· Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and on budget

· Developing and maintaining project documentations such as reports and IT support models

· Chairing nd organising project meetings

· Monitoring project progress and performance

As the IT Project Manager you will have the following skills and experience:

· Strong project management experience delivering large scale projects

· Prince 2 qualified ideally or similar certification

· Previously worked across multiple teams and locations

· Microsoft experience, MS project

· Strong stakeholder management skills

· Any experience within financial services or similar is desirable

· Essential that you have managed integration, acquisition and/or migration projects

· Have a broad, high-level technical knowledge

· Experience of working within the ITIL framework

· Worked with structured project management methodologies e.g. Prince2, Agile, PMP

· Able to uphold quality when it comes to project documentation and updates
